The contact form does not store data on any server. Your message is composed in your own email client and sent directly to [email protected]; we hold that information only in the form of the received email.

We do not operate user accounts and do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, to discuss production work, and to contact you in connection with it. It is never used for marketing or advertising.

3. Retention Period

We retain the information for one year from the date the inquiry is answered, after which it is deleted without delay, except where retention is required by applicable law, in which case we keep it for the period that law prescribes.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties and Outsourcing

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except with your prior consent or where required by law.

We currently do not outsource the processing of personal information.

5. Cookies and Browser Storage

This website uses no advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies, and no analytics tool is installed.

Your display language is determined by the address (greatminds.kr for Korean, greatminds.kr/en for English), so we do not store a language preference. When you switch languages we briefly place one value in your browser’s session storage to carry the screen transition across the page change, then remove it. It does not identify you, is never transmitted elsewhere, and disappears when you close the tab.

6. Embedded Content

Video and images on work pages are served from storage we control. Where a page includes an embed from an external platform, that platform may collect information under its own cookie and privacy policies.
