Context

Yupoong, the world's #1 headwear manufacturer, wanted to showcase their global production facilities in Seoul, Vietnam, and Bangladesh in a premium way. They needed a video that could function as branded content for both B2B and B2C targets. The goal was to convey the craftsmanship that enables the excellent quality of their products while strengthening customer trust.

Challenge

Capturing complex production systems across multiple territories required a compact crew and minimal disruption to factory operations. In the post-pandemic landscape, global brands placed increased pressure on overseas shoots—demanding cost efficiency, high production value, and faster turnarounds with leaner teams.

Solution

We developed a production system designed for speed and flexibility: 4-person teams, pre-scoped shot lists, and locally sourced technical crew. Our visual approach highlighted rhythm, precision, and human expertise, transforming an industrial process into a compelling brand asset.
