FAQ
What is Korean Air's Insider Stories?
It is a documentary series on the vision and behind-the-scenes stories of Korean Air's rebrand: its corporate identity, cabin experience, in-flight meals, new livery and lounges. It was filmed in Korea, France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Hong Kong in 2025; greatminds handled documentary planning and production, overseas filming and post-production.
How many films are there and what do they cover?
The project page lists five films: New CI, New Cabin Experience, New In-flight Meal, New Livery and New Lounges. Each has its own project page and a script page with the full transcript.
Why documentary?
A change this sweeping needs to be shown with substance and told consistently, so documentary storytelling was judged the most effective way to unpack the rebrand's different facets. Each film works on its own while functioning as a chapter in one brand story.
What were the challenges?
Tight schedules and complex logistics, plus the need to unite many partners' voices under one brand vision. The films had to inform accurately from several angles while sincerely capturing the passion of Korean Air staff and partners behind the change, at a consistent quality across the series.
How was it filmed?
A multi-country shoot spanning Milan, London, Paris and Seoul was completed in a short window with a plan built for efficiency, anticipating variables from different people, places and cultures, and focusing throughout on Korean Air's brand essence: elevated, elegant and deeply human.
